Room is not well designed. I didn’t like the clear glass diving the bathroom from room. At night, when bathroom light was on, it would light up the entire room waking my husband. Also, on our arrival, a bathroom glass was broken and also one of the chair. It took them a while to fix. Also, when ordering room service, it took multiple calls for them to pick up trays. It wasn’t even a high season to assume they were busy. Not what I expected from one of the argued “best” hotels in the city.

Great location with excellent rooms. Things to look out for though.... If you pay for valet parking make sure they check the right box at the front desk otherwise the valet will tell you you paid for self parking and charge you the next day an extra fee. Also, when booking on Expedia screen shot the number of occupants. I booked a room for two people and they also charged me extra and said I only paid for one occupant. It's never happened before so i hope it never happens again. I enjoy staying there.
