I enjoyed the hotel. It’s a nice hotel and the front desk was very nice. The room service was not that great. The cleaning lady didn’t replenish the coffee, water and didn’t change the towels on a daily basis. Overall my stay was good.

Great hotel great views although the new rooftop staff is rude inconsiderate and just forget else that you have exist. We waited 45 minutes to get our check to leave after waiting to even be served a drink. We even tried to give it a second chance and it was worse the second time. The downstairs bar/lobby has amazing attentive and friendly staff. I recommend the RIU just avoid the new rooftop.
