Absolutely loved this property. It was walking distance to everything (shopping/dinning). The taxi drivers also provide tours which we took advantage of. We recommend Hector “Don Bigote.”

The whole property is beautiful. Its has some nice courtyards that makes for some good picture sessions! The restaurant is convenient and has good breakfast. The room were clean and comfortable.

I come here quite often. It is my understanding from booking in various sites, that you can only select a room based on the number of guests you select. I have yet to see an option where you can select rooms with a balcony view, this option is on a first come first serve basis at check in. I requested this option upon arrival and it wasn’t given as they said it was unavailable. Since I’ve stayed here previously, I know which room numbers have balcony and/or street view. To my surprise when I checked into my room I noticed there were plenty of rooms available with balcony/street view. I told the receptionist whom said those were reserved for a group that had booked them….I just want to know if this is an option now where we can book balcony/street view to make it equivalent and available for all. Not a select few. This really affected my impeccable view of this place. I’ll continue to stay here however, I prefer to deal with the night staff rather than the day staff.
