We booked an all inclusive week at the new Sapphire Sands however the construction was delayed and we accepted their offer to stay at the Bay Gardens Resort and Spa. While the accommodations were not comparable to the new resort, the service was beyond our expectations. The restaurant had great menu options for a la carte which changed daily. The buffet was always fresh with various selections. Fresh eggs were cooked to our liking by friendly chefs. The local people who work at this resort are genuinely eager to ensure their guests are happy. The servers at the restaurant, our gal at the cappuccino bar, the ladies in the spa, housekeeping folks, towel guys, beach security and front desk were all very pleasant. But Jeanneil, Priska and Jimmy took care of our every need with attention to detail during our entire stay. This butler team made our trip unforgettable and we will definitely consider returning
