The staff could not locate our room and it took 45 minutes to check in. This after flying all day and arriving after midnight. The man staff member was blaming and continued criticizing the female employee and blaming her for canceling the reservation. It was very unprofessional.

Staff were great. We came to Greenville, SC (3 Hrs away) for youth SCYFA Football State Championship. It’s a big thing, but anyways I had 3 football players with me. Of course they needed to Wash, the water would not get hot. Went downstairs to tell young lady (Was very Sweet) she explained to wait while it run. Well I did for 5 mins and still no hot water. I’m beyond exhausted and no hot water to wash is crazy.

The room was dirty. We called and told them, they said someone was coming to clean it. 30 min later I went to the desk to check on it and they said they were on the way. 30 min after that my husband went to check on it and they told him they were 27 min out and they didn’t have any other rooms. 30 min after that they called and said the person was stuck in traffic and moved us to another room. By this time it was almost 10, we had to be up and out by 6 and 3 people still needed to shower. We were all exhausted the next day. No adjustments were made to our bill for the fact that our room was not ready till 10. Unacceptable!

You had to ask to have your room made up everyday with fresh towels and bed made. Otherwise it wasn't done. Breakfast was the same thing everyday. First day there was plenty of yogurt and the rest of the week they said they were out. Only white bread every day, no other choices. Staff were not the friendlist or helpful. Will not stay here again.
