We had a wonderful stay at this little hotel. The location is perfect. Everything is very walkable and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is to update the website to show that the on property restaurant is not open.

It was a great hotel for the location and the price and very clean but the rooms are a little dated and the restaurant was closed for the season. I thought August would be peak season. Pool was nice too. Close to the water, ferry and jany restaurants

We loved our stay. The lobby and our room smelled so fresh it was very welcoming. The staff is sweet and eager to please. The only change I would recommend would be to get brighter lighting in the room and to hang another mirror somewhere other than the bathroom area. Otherwise it’s just right 💕

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in without question

Without exaggeration the worst hotel I have ever stayed in - your average Super 8 or Motel 6 is nicer. Ruined my trip. Yes this is an old style motel - no it has not been renovated. Part of the floor is simply plywood and the tile is easily 50 years old. No breakfast/no restaurant Non functioning WiFi No deadbolt No phone Paper thin walls Mold, mildew and stains everywhere Yes it’s a few mins walk from the center of town but that is the only benefit. Stay away if you want a nice visit to Greenport.

I love the property's location. My husband and I walked to town every day. I loved the pool, which was enclosed within the hotel and private. One thing I didn't like was that my husband had to work at the desk, which made it impossible for me to watch TV, as the TV was located just above the desk. Other than that, I will definitely be returning to this hotel. Loved our vacation.
