Good but there were a few issues

The location of the condo is incredible- beach access is a 5 minute walk and the views are spectacular. That said, the actual condo wasn’t amazing- especially considering the price. The shade was broken in the living room, so privacy wasn’t an option. Also, the bed in the primary bedroom was SO loud. I mean, just sitting on it or laying down caused laughably loud noises. Noise from the neighbors above us was pretty constant, especially early in the mornings. We could clearly hear kids running and screaming. If you are looking for a kid friendly place to stay, I’d recommend it. If you are looking for a more quiet getaway, I’d recommend a hotel closer to town. We have now done both and will likely opt for a hotel next time.

We’ve stayed here many times before. After walking around in our room the entire day our feet were black. My husband tried to call the next morning around 8:30 am and no one answered. We wanted to let them know and ask them to come and mop. In all honesty we called called again two days later because we were on vacation and very busy coming home late. When I finally reached someone she said “well why didn’t you call sooner” taking zero accountability and not even an apology. I work in sales and customer satisfaction is number one priority. I would have felt better had she simply said “wow so sorry someone will be right over” instead she had a bad attitude and was annoyed that we “had not called sooner” however we called the very next morning. Regardless she did send someone to address the issue but we still felt very icky in that room for the remainder of our stay which was a total of 10 days! Will be going back to soundview in the future. This is no way to treat anyone especially returning customers. This was for building A!

Location and pool are amazing. Space in the apartment is great especially for a family! The walls are thin and we could hear everything from other apartments which was annoying.

We have stay at the Cliffside every year for our family trips and quick getaways. We have never had any issues until now. This time around we were not happy with the room and amenities. Here are the list of issues : The bed sheets, the pillow cases smell like curry The twin beds were uncomfortable There was carpet in both bedrooms, the carpets smell and were dirty The lack of supplies, not enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent for a 5 night stay The outdoor patios metal tables and chairs were rusted and had no cushions. The stoves are small and come with two burners, one was not working . Pool towels, you have to go to the pool club to returned them instead of getting new ones clean ones by the lifeguard . In the past you exchanged dirty ones with clean ones without going to the office . We stayed in room D202

Great property overall with beautiful grounds, a pool and access to the beach. Condos are spacious and equipped with bathroom and kitchen items. Ours had a patio with a great view of the water! We will definitely stay here again.

Nice view and beach access was great!

Beautiful property! View was awesome, nice beach with chairs. The room could use some updating, stove top was broken so our morning coffee was delayed as the burner was very slow to heat the water for our French press we travel with. The view from our room was peaceful however the barbecue area was in direct view and there was always garbage piled up and was not pleasant to see. Overall great stay!

It was great for what we needed . We ended up being only 2 people , which if more came it would be doable but tight for sure . Stovetop was the only thing I’d recommend replacing - it took about 45 min to boil water . I only wanted tea . It was cute , clean and beds were super comfortable. Nice deck and we had a very private end unit
