Privacy yet close to downtown Saratoga

Spacious, open floor plan home with complete privacy, ideal for entertaining. There is 18 acres of woods with trails behind the home. The home is 4 miles from downtown Saratoga Springs. There is a lovely patio for outdoor entertaining with flowerpots and gas firepit. There is a large fire pit further back for campfires. Dual gas fireplace in kitchen and great room. Great location to relax and unwind in a peaceful environment. The great room has a new leather sectional and recliner.

We have a horseshoe pit in the back yard. We have bikes, hammocks, swings available. Enjoy a morning walk through 18 acres of trails with spring fed streams.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace. There's a private patio. A kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.
