It’s inconvenient to be told you can’t carry your luggage through the side door that leads to the parking lot. I parked right outside my room but was told I had to go all the way through the lobby to come back in. So with multiple trips it’s inconvenient. The TV remote didn’t work. The breakfast had no protein except 4g in a yogurt. Don’t book this and expect to eat the included breakfast if you’re diabetic or glucose sensitive. My kids feet were dark brown from the dirty carpet. Wouldn’t stay here again. Wouldn’t recommend to friends or family.

Rooms need maintenance. Tub drain was out and there was a large chip in the tub near the drain. Also they need to add a protien to the breakfast. There was nothing on the menu a diabetic could eat.

WiFi signal was so weak, none of my devices would even connect. Good thing I had a hotspot from my phone. Tub/shower faucet was hanging loose but still flowed water at least. The absolute worst "free" breakfast I've ever encountered. Overall shabby

Clean but terribly shabby..to the point of holes in the threadbare furniture to the comforters on the beds. Very poor and skimpy breakfast choices. Helpful GM, but the rest of the staff were indifferent.

The plumbing in the tub was bad, the shower head had little pressure, and the faucet had strong water running at the same time. There were no pool towels, so when I asked for towels, it seemed for the person behind the counter that she was put out. When we left there was no one behind the counter to let then know about the plumbing.
