Not best customer service

Check in representative was on his personal phone did not acknowledge me for the first 2 minutes and then lifted a finger for “one minute” the desk phone was ringing too which he was ignoring. Then 3 more guests arrived standing behind me and he finally put his phone down to check me in.

The Layout of the room was very spacious and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed having a sitting space to relax beside the bed. The morning breakfast was excellent and fresh and hot. All in all it was a very lovely stay.

Not as good as it used to be

We have always enjoyed staying here. We understood about the hot tub being closed and the elevator "down" button not working on the 2nd floor. However, there was a stain on our sheets, a couple of brown spots on the wall by the toilet and no towels for the pool. These are easy fixes and should have been taken care of.
