This property was very beautiful as was the hospitality of Magdela. We would highly recommend staying here. The tranquility mixed with solitude was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. Finding so many beach treasures was the biggest highlight for us each. Especially the red and blue seaglass pieces, along with rose , brown , white , aqua, turquoise , and green. Jennifer’s home is delightfully furnished and laid out, and nestled in the quiet and beautiful village of Seal Cove. We had all we needed to make breakfast and dinner at home on some days while eating out other times. We’ve already booked for next summer!

We loved every minute, perfect little cottage, fully stocked kitchen! Only problem was the property management company. Very poor communication and responsiveness.

Excellent communication from hosts. They really went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Anything we needed they provided and invited us to join them for a bonfire on our first night in town. Learning about the local culture, where to go, what to see and do on this little island property was amazing and very helpful. The cabin is only 3 yrs old, very clean, very well equipped and cozy. Short walk to the ocean and a short drive to stores. The sunrises and tides are impressive here. Sunset viewing is only a 15 min drive away with spectacular views across the Bay of Fundy toward Maine. Having the owners next door was an asset because they were accessible for any needs or advice. It was not a hinderance at all and you wouldn't know if they were home or not because they were quiet and left us alone. A great place to stay and very gracious hosts. Worth coming back to!

So beautiful, so relaxing. Charming place in a wonderful location walking distance to the lighthouse. Abundant wildlife and gorgeous views! There is a often an audible foghorn, which we personally loved, but a possible consideration for exceptionally light sleepers or those sensitive to noise. Plan to visit again!
