Room was neglected. Beds felt small, possibly doubles and they were uncomfortable. Breakfast was poor, orange juice was slightly grey and both it and the apple juice did not taste right, catch all tray was to the brim with dumped juice. There were no napkins, no cups for juice so we used coffee cups and the waffle maker was falling apart on the woman using it beside me. On a positive note the woman who checked us in was very friendly

I would have rated 2.5 if possible. Room was ok and clean. Staff was not friendly / helpful. Breakfast ran out and the girl trying to keep it up and running seemed very uninterested. Reception girl was very hands off as well. With multiple people complaining about no breakfast.

I have 2 complaints. 1. The pillows are AWFUL! Like ridiculously sooooo. $4 Walmart pillow would be a HUGE improvement 2. The shower needed a GOOD scrubbing. Other than that, the staff is very friendly. The room was comfortable.
