Great hotel in repurposed mill, so architectural impressive. Rooms are relatively large and well maintained. Despite looking out over the fun fair it was quiet. Very well located for the Manufaktura district, so walking to great restaurants, entertainment, mall etc. But further from the center of town

Very nice property with a great location. I was impressed with not only the building itself but the service was top notch. The room was very clean. Even though the breakfast was extra, it was worth every penny, considering the selection. After staying at Vienna Hotel next door, I was very surprised that at for half the price i got the same level of service.

Convenient location in the center of the city close to all train stations in Lodz. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room "Feel like a champion" on the 10th floor had the bicycle theme with interesting pictures from the 70's. (Returning customer)

Clean room, comfortable bed and congenial staff.

Overall, a fairly average hotel for the price. Before booking, I called to confirm the availability of sports channels and specifically asked multiple times about Canal+. I was assured there would be a wide selection, but in reality only Eleven Sports 1–3 were available—no Canal+ or even TVP Sport, which is a publicly available channel. This was disappointing, especially as the full channel list is readily available at reception, but I was not provided with that information during the call despite asking. Similar sports channel packages, including Canal+, are fully available at nearby Qubus and Novotel hotels, and could also be easily confirmed at their receptions. As a result, despite the hotel having a nice lobby with TVs, the available channels were not really worth watching. Breakfast was noticeably worse than at Qubus, which offered both greater variety and higher quality food and drinks, including absolutely delicious homemade dishes. Qubus is also cheaper on average, which makes the value here less convincing. Staff did not come across as particularly welcoming and at times seemed disengaged, with the exception of the buffet area where they were somewhat more helpful. Another downside is that the windows in the rooms cannot be opened, which was an issue for me. If I had to point out any positives, the bed was very comfortable and the gym being open 24/7 is a nice feature.
