Very clean and classy . Beatiful made rooms with lots of fresh towels. I got my own private bathroom and ocean view for a very good price . Doors out to verandah from room over looking ocean . Great place

There are 3 types of rooms at the Bluff. The Expedia photos did not reflect the room type I stayed in at all. No view. No under cover park.

Wow! This holiday house is amazing!! Kuti Sands is a really beautifully appointed home… there is absolutely everything you need with lots of lovely special touches and extras especially for families with young kids. We stayed with friends and really loved that it is so spacious with several areas to use both inside and out. The front balcony has a great view over the dunes especially in the evenings for the sunsets. Out by the pool is a fabulous sheltered spot to relax or cook on the BBQ while keeping an eye on the kids. The rear balcony was a perfect sunny spot to sit and read a book in peace. The pool was lovely and warm and such a great asset for those days when the sea is a bit cool. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable with ceiling fans, air conditioning and double glazed windows meaning you get a great nights sleep. The location is terrific… a few minutes walk to the beach, the Goolwa Surf Life Saving club and the much loved Kuti Shack beach side cafe. The main shopping centre/ supermarkets are at the end of the street too which is really handy. We explored the town and played a round of golf… everything is within such an easy distance. We will definitely be visiting again to enjoy this gorgeous home. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed with your stay.

We arrived to check in about 2:10pm, reception was closed & I had to ring a phone number to get the guy out to give me the key. The room was a disappointment upon opening the door, smelly, crumbs on the bench, large sticky spot on the table. Furnishings were all very old, cracks in the walls, mould around the room & bathroom. We left the room until we absolutely had to return to change to go out for our function. After getting back from our function we turned on the tv to find it broken in the corner & lines running down the screen to the bottom. Only 1 pillow each, no spares. Neighbours screaming at each other & crying at 10pm. Heard a smoke alarm go off twice during the night. Woke up to have a shower and leave immediately this morning to find there was not enough water pressure for the water to spray out, it just dribbled out. Was cold for a few minutes before it finally came warm enough for me to get in only for it to turn freezing cold again within 2 minutes before I could wash off my soap! I exited this place in tears. Worse stay I've ever had anywhere in my entire life.
