The following were excellent: -Qstay staff very friendly and professional -Location right in the middle of Surfers with shops right outside the door -Easy parking -Nice view of the beach The following feedback was provided: -Kitchen and laundry cabinets were water damaged and require replacement due to mould -Ensuite unusable due to low hot water pressure -There was caked silicone applied around the ensuite toilet base which was an offputting brown / yellow colour. -Both shower recesses contained black mould which would be easy for housekeeping to remove -Wifi low speeds -The office to collect the keys from is very hard to find -AC units caked in dust as hadn't been cleaned.
