Family Christmas getaway from HELL!!!!!!!
Online this property looked great, perfect for my young family and I. Even before arrival, the host, Eve had poor communication skills. She left us with alot of uncertainty on where and how to access our accomodation. She implied that she had already told me numerous times on the Stayz chat, which she had not and was not the case.When we arrived, we called Eve at the front of the property. I messaged, then called and got an answer to which Eve explained that she had had many beverages. When she opened the door, i could see that she was clearly intoxicated and I found her rude and abrupt.She couldn't remember the code to her own accomadation and was scattered and couldnt remember where my set of keys were to the property.It all went down hill from here, leaving me unsettled and doubting what I had booked. Once we managed to arrive to our own unit, i found the 4 x double beds that were advertised, were not true. 1 x queen bed and 2 singles were found, and then a trundle with no bedding linen. I have a family of 5 and expected to see what was advertised.I messaged, asking where the linen for the trundle was and she blew up. Making racial comments about this day being her religious celebration, and assuming my religion, that I didnt celebrate Christmas, which she was wrong! This situation escalated to abbusive messages and phone calls by Eve. She then came knocking aggressively at the door to try to intimidate. My family and I had to make a frantic escape!!!!!!!!
