This bright and modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment puts you right in the heart of Burleigh Heads, just a short stroll from the beach, cafes, and everything you’ll want to explore.



Perched on Level 5 with a southeast view, the space is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The open-plan kitchen and living area opens onto a private balcony where you can sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening drink with the coastal breeze. The kitchen is stocked with quality appliances, an electric cooktop, an integrated dishwasher, and plenty of storage, plus a stone island bench that’s great for casual meals or prepping snacks.



Both bedrooms are set up for comfort. The master has a walk-in robe, its own ensuite, and little ocean glimpses to make mornings feel special. You’ll also find upgraded flooring, new fans and electrical switches, and handmade blockout curtains with privacy sheers so you can sleep in without being woken by the sun.



When you feel like leaving the apartment, you’ll have access to the outdoor pool with sun loungers, a fitness centre, a BBQ and entertainment area, a yoga deck, and a residents’ lounge. Secure parking is also included.



Everything is close by. James Street and the Burleigh Pavilion are just a ten-minute walk, Burleigh Head National Park is fifteen minutes on foot, and you can reach Miami Marketta, The Star Gold Coast, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, or the airport with a short drive.
