This apartment will definitely impress and is perfect for the family holiday the apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, free high speed wi-fi, and much much more.
The check-in process occurs at our front desk located at 17/24 Queensland ave, Broadbeach. Our friendly team will assist you in collecting your keys during business hours. For late arrivals, our reservation team will send you a code via SMS and/or email on your arrival day. This code will allow you to retrieve your keys from our key lock box, conveniently located on our shop front, at a time that suits you.
*GCLR manages privately owned apartments at Ocean & are not associated with the onsite managers Meriton Surfers Paradise. All reservations are managed by a licensed real estate agent. A pre-authorisation security bond is required on all properties- see for the amounts. Images displayed are a guide only. Room layouts, furniture and styling may change from apartment to apartment.
Guest Access:
This apartment is privately managed by Gold Coast Luxury Resorts.
CHECK IN From 2:00pm
On the day of arrival, key collection will take place at our office located at Shop 17 / 24 Queensland Ave, Broadbeach QLD 4218. Check in is usually from 2pm, however if the property is ready earlier one of our staff will let you know via SMS.
If you are arriving outside of office hours, you will be sent late arrival information with instructions on how to access your keys via our night safe. This is also located at the front of our office.
Guests will be required to complete a virtual check-in prior to arrival. Same-day bookings will need to complete this by 4pm. This includes providing photo ID, a credit card for the security deposit, and signing our lease agreement. If you would like a copy of this lease agreement before confirming your reservation please feel free to send us an enquiry.
The security deposit is a $250 pre-authorisation on the day of arrival. Please note that we can only accept Visa or Mastercard, and this card must be in the same name as the booking. The security deposit will be released 7 days after departure as long as there are no damages or extra charges incurred.
CHECK OUT By 10:00am
Upon departure, it would be greatly appreciated if you are able to return your keys to our office or via the key return drop box located at Shop 17 / 24 Queensland Ave, Broadbeach QLD 4218. Alternatively you are welcome to leave the keys inside the apartment. Please note that most resorts require keys to exit the car park first, please remove your car and then return the keys to the apartment.
We simply require you to remove all rubbish from the property, wash up any dishes & unpack the dishwasher. Please remove all personal belongings and leave both sets of guest keys on the kitchen bench.
Interaction with Guests:
As a Real Estate Agency we are open Monday 9am-5pm and 11:30am-3:30pm on the weekends. We also provide guests with an after hours Emergency contact number just in case!
