The picture advertising the room - just like I'm looking at on this web page for this rating request is not representative of the room. The room was booked through WOTIF. I called and asked for an explanation and they said they called the Hilton but nothing can be done. I have contacted Fair Trading NSW and I will be lodging a case for misleading advertising and after showing photo's of the room advertised to the actual room allocated, I have been told I have a good case to lodge. Disappointing to think what I thought was a responsible business would mislead the public in such away to attract bookings.
