CHECK IN from 3pm
We will contact you when your apartment is ready giving you the code to the Key Lockbox.
We may contact you to let you know you may be able to check in earlier. This is not always possible in peak periods or back to back bookings. We won't know if an earlier check in is available to you until the day of check in.
You will be provided 2 sets of keys for the apartment. one will be in the lockbox the other will be in the apartment.
Instructions for self check-in will be provided 2 days prior to check-in.
CHECK OUT by 10am
Prior to check-out, we simply ask you to remove all rubbish from the property and load/start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes. Please remove all personal belongings and leave one key in the apartment and return the other key to the pickup location. Out of respect for the cleaners time and schedule, please check-out on time.
