Key Collection:
Keys are collected off-site. Pickup is available from a KeyNest facility across the road before your check-in time unless otherwise arranged.

Starter Supplies:
We provide a small supply of essentials (shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, etc.) to help you settle in comfortably. For extended stays, please plan to top up as needed.

Same-Day Bookings:
We require at least one day's notice to prepare the apartment. For last-minute bookings, especially if there's a guest checking out that day, a 3 pm check-in cannot be guaranteed.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out:
Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on our cleaning schedule.

Booking Agreement:
By booking, you agree to our house rules and acknowledge all listing details, including key collection process and amenities provided.
