Enormous room, view over town. Bathroom a bit small and dated, would've liked a bathtub ideally, however, I understand that there are difficulties with such things in old buildings. Chris was very welcoming. The restaurant food was amazing! Thoroughly recommend. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed at the Bear Inn on 14th March 2026 for 2 nights. It is a very welcoming place. The atmosphere is very comforting and relaxed with helpul and friendly staff always willing to chat. In particular Hilary and Bayleigh were lovely and made our wedding anniversary special.
