Cool house/property, not very clean

The house is really cool architecture, big space, with big doors for every room, cool tile in the kitchen, pool table room, and more. It's 3 stories, 4 bathrooms. The host communicated well when we called or texted, even let us drop our bags off early, which was awesome. Most of the spaces are carpeted and a vacuum cleaner was not used, rather a broom, which left the carpets very dirty. A lot of the spaces had many traces of previous guests including dirt, stains, chalk, id cards, etc. someone also entered the space about 30-45 minutes before checkout time that startled us to do some kind of either laundry or trash pickup. that being said, the space in and of itself was very cool and the area is very nice.

The house is large and comfortable with a cool tie to Charles Renee Macintosh. A little more attention to detail would make it amazing.
