Nestled on a hillside on a south-east facing slope, in the heart of the bucolic vineyards of the famous AOC of Givry (flagship of the Côtes Chalonnaise, the favorite wine of King Henry IV according to legend), close to vast national forests, in the hollow of a magnificent landscaped setting of gentle rolling countryside combining viticulture & nature, this picturesque site perfectly preserved dominates "in balcony" the village of Givry, an old fortified village full of charm of which the remains of the ramparts remain, endowed with a very rich listed heritage, numerous amenities as well as rich leisure facilities including the "Acrogivry" Park (the largest treetop adventure park in Burgundy, one of the largest Adventure parks in France!).
