Was able to utilize the shuttle to and from Hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was in good shape, the bathroom had some issues with mounted soup racks pulling out to the wall. A shocker when starting shower as door opens inward and you have to reach across and get a cold shower before the water heats up. The hotel shuttle vehicle is lacking in some maintenance and cleaning. Check engine light was on and seems brakes were about out of life. Will stay here again as it was priced right and convenient for our trips to Philadelphia before heading home on early flight. Thank you

I selected this hotel because it advertised a shuttle from the airport and a pool. Both things were important to me. I waited for 53 minutes at the airport while other hotels, including Doubletree, a Loft and several others came literally four times. I called was told the driver was on the way. He drove right by several people sitting on the bench never even got into the curb lane. I get to the hotel finally with a $28 Uber, I get a text from I don’t know somebody asking me how things were while I was out for the day. I asked them where the pool was and they told me when I got back to the hotel something told me to check the pool before I went up to change into my suit and there’s a sign on it closed for maintenance although I was just told less than an hour earlier where the pool was like why didn’t the guy tell me but the pool isn’t working. The sink was stopped up so every time I wash my face or brush my teeth, the water backed up. The bed was comfortable. The water was hot and the room was warm. The hotel is rundown, and it needs a makeover.

Room was neglected!!! We had to ask several time for our trash to be emptied and overall room cleaned. There were children running up and down the hall and bumping the entire night. I will never stay her again!! Very bad experience. Then I was charged a security fee that was not previously disclosed to me.

We were there for one night for a wedding. Everything was great except the room could be cleaner. The furniture had stains and the lamp shades had visible stains and the the light bulbs needed to be tightened so they would stop blinking. We arrived at the hotel at 3PM. Checkin is 4PM.... We asked if we could checkin early and the staff was very rude saying there are no exceptions before 4PM... Meanwhile all the cleaning staff was leaving as I waited in the lobby for 4PM. Cleaning staff left shortly after 3PM. I understand your policy, however nothing changed in the room status between 3 and 4PM. The rooms were clean and ready so why not let someone checkin?

Yes, the room was very neglected WITH NO HEAT AND NO HOT WATER. ME and my children went out to complete "HALLOWEEN". We returned to get rest after dinner. With Cancer and other attached illness I was stuck on the sofa cold, I became unable to walk to my phone to contact the front desk, so cold, CANE WAS NOT NEAR ME. Next morning, I noticed the hot water did not get respectable hot as a customer of hotels are due. My other bathroom problem is no steamy mirrors at check in date FOR ONE. Felt horrible like someone was watching in the bathroom mirror. No one gave me my refund. NOT THE SAME EXPERIENCE AS IF WHEN I WAS YOUNGER!

I wasn't impressed at all. For the cost I expected more and then to have to pay for parking, which is understandable it was just costly $30/day. The breakfast was the worst I've had at an Embassy Suites. The breakfast choices were carb heavy, limited in selections, made to order omelets only, no meat choices on buffet, fruit was over ripened, pre made pancakes and French toast, which telling by the edges it started out as toast. The plumbing in the room was slow and had to be maintenanced in the morning after arrival. Though the staff was helpful, the hotel overall was lackluster and not one that I will be using again. This was not my first time using this hotel, but it was my last.

The room was clean and the staff was great. Very welcoming. I would have given a 5 star but the toilet ran all night. I told the front desk and no one fixed it. Also the gates for the parking lot wouldnt work at times. Those two issues were pretty irritating because for us to sleep i had to keep on turning off the water to the toilet and the gate, well i was irritated with the toilet still so the gate irritated me
