"We really enjoyed our stay. The basement is spacious, clean and organized. The kitchen was setup with all the necessities. The living room is also really spacious. I definitely recommend the stay."

"We thought all places on VRBO were the entire house but this is a single room rental with shared spaces of other renters in the basement as well as the owner living upstairs. The room was dirty and not well kept, the mattress had stains, no fitted sheet, door was greasy and black, used bar of soap ..."
