A nice hotel in Geneva! We had a nice stay. Clean room and nice location. Did not like glass bathroom door. A bit awkward and lack of privacy while on toilet! Shower is a bit more private. Might be ok for solo but a bit awkward for families! Also, if traveling with partner would like more privacy in toilet.

This was our second stay at this hotel and we were put into a very nice room in the new wing. The staff at this hotel are excellent and the rooms are spacious and modern with everything working as it should. Can definitely recommend.

Hotel is clean and conveniently located near Lake Geneva. It is also very close to the UN. The staff is very friendly, from front desk to housekeeping to bar/restaurant. I had an extended stay and can say that all of the staff that works different times of day/week is amazing. Michael at the bar was excellent and does an amazing job with customer service. The only thing I would say about this hotel that is negative is the exercise room. I partly chose tho a hotel because it has a dedicated exercise room. Unfortunately it is dated and lacks sanitizing wipes for equipment. However it is very clean. It could use new dumbbells and more than 10kg on the dumbbell side. Other equipment is also dated but included: stationary bike, rower, universal machine, treadmill, dumbbells, and some other type of machine. The good news is that if you’re into fitness and running you can join the many runners that run around Lake Geneva over lunchtime.

Super grateful to receive an upgraded room, although it seemed like this was only offered after refusing an upgrade at a supposedly discounted rate. As this was a reservation to celebrate a birthday, the team definitely missed an opportunity to make an impact. For a four-star hotel the amenities were quite basic, especially the gym facilities and the standard of equipment at the property. The fridge was just barely functioning and while the bathtub in the room was part of the room upgrade, it was significantly chipped and this gave it an unfortunate appearance. The location was the real highlight and I fear that if this wasn’t the case, it would be difficult to rate this property so highly.

A nice hotel not too far from the Jennifer Lake check-in was painless and the room was of sufficiently good standard only thing was not appreciated was a see-through shower.

The hotel is in an excellent location for tourists. We booked a “Family Suite”, but there’s nothing family or suite about it. It’s really more like 2 similar rooms next each other in a corner with an extra door in front of both rooms. We got a small sitting area in each room. With 2 high-maintenance preteens with us, we were not able to all sit together in one place for our entire stay. We would up having one parent and one child in each unit before bed time. If you don’t mind this kind of partition arrangement, you may like this boutique-ish hotel. I would have preferred a single larger sitting area.
