Sorry to report a bad experience at this hotel. There was a miscommunication over the scheduling of a spa treatment and it was decided that I would be the one to take the fall. It is unfortunate to see short-sighted decisions by hotel managers in these situations, eliminating any possibility of repeat business, word of mouth recommendations, and leading to poor online reviews. This anti-service, anti-customer trend is all to prevelant in europe as a whole. Poor business practices like this don't take into consideration that swindeling a customer out of $300 and them leaving unhappy eliminates a potentially life-long customer. Lack of fundamental business concept understandings such as these are to a large degree why europe in general has become such a laggard on the world stage, and dwindles further and further into irrelevance and economic uncertainty.
