Everything was great

The hotel is amazing. Location in front of the lake 10/10. The staff was soo good. luis at the bar 1000/10. We didn’t know how to turn off the stractor and a staff was in our room in 2 minutes. Super great experience

Everything spectacular, especially the staff. Couldn't be more helpful with all the little things I had to deal with. I highly recommend this place.

Lugar muy céntrico para moverse, con una habitación bastante amplia y cómoda para 2 personas. El personal super amable con muy buenas recomendaciones en la zona y con un el restaurante en el mismo lugar

Super cute new clean room! Perfect and really nice spa and breakfast

The hotel was very expensive for what it was. The rooms were nice but in need of some modernisation, especially the bathrooms. It also irked me that all of the decent facilities were in the sister hotel which we’d have rather stayed at. The staff were all lovely but some of the information we were given turned out to be wrong and when we had an issue with a private taxi they had booked for us they weren’t helpful at all. The also didn’t tell us that there would be works going on during our stay which included the table and chairs being removed from the lobby and the carpet being covered!
