Nice room and smart bar area

Got to the hotel fairly late so did not try the bar but it was a nice space. Spacious and comfortable room with nice toiletries. Quite homogenous areas but that is feature of a large chain. I used the gym and in a room with a few cardio machines, two were out of order. Good links to airport and helpful friendly staff.

Good value for an airport hotel. Restaurant was weird. Totally empty but they made a fuss because we didn’t have a reservation (even though we were hotel guests). And then they made us pay on their tablet at the table when we ordered. Have never ever experienced that before anywhere in the world. After they delivered the food they never came back to see us again (so no dessert)

Liked the location from the airport, would be great to have a free shuttle but nice walk if weather is nice. A bit hard to find from where we came in from train. Staff super friendly, great bar staff kept our cups full all night.

Asked for trolley to wheel bags to airport as none there evening before. In the morning there was none and they had not ordered them despite asking. This meant we had to pay for transport instead of walking 5 minutes.
