🐾 Pet-Friendly: We happily welcome 1–2 well-behaved pets with a minimal pet fee. Please clean up after your pets and keep them off furniture and beds.
🚭 No Smoking or Vaping inside the home. This includes all rooms and common areas.
👟 Shoe-Free Home: Please remove your shoes upon entering to help keep the house clean.
🎉 No Events or Parties: Large gatherings and events are not allowed. Unregistered guests or visitors are also not permitted—please contact us in advance if you need to make exceptions.
🪑 Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
🗑️ Excessive Trash: Extra fees will apply if there is an excessive amount of trash left behind. Please use the trash bins provided.
🚽 Please do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items will cause damage.
❄️ Winter Travel: From December through March, we highly recommend 4WD and snow tires or chains due to snowy conditions and mountain roads.
