We stayed as a large group, within the home’s stated maximum of 20 guests. A few things future guests should know:The starter supplies (towels, trash bags, dish soap, etc.) are not scaled to the number of guests the home sleeps - bring your own. The property’s condition was lacking, rusted outdoor furniture, stained rugs, several broken items (cabinet doors, bed, dryer would not dry clothes - had to run multiple times). We contacted the management company five times about a lighting issue which was not resolved.The listing advertises garage parking, however we were told to remove our car from the garage because a mosquito system is stored inside. This should be removed from the listing if that is not the intent.Most concerning: There was a minor incident that could have been resolved with an adult conversation , however; the owner, who lives next door, instead approached teenagers in our group aggressively, demanded their IDs, and entered the home taking photos. The adults in our group calmly addressed their concerns, confirmed our guests were within the limits of occupancy and we were not hosting a party. This was inappropriate and made guests uncomfortable. Overall, the home is spacious, with lots of beds and room for a large group. There are minor improvements which would make this property much more appealing. We hope these issues are addressed for future groups.
