Disliked: Room comfort
We check in and went to our to take a nap as we had been up more than 24 hours. Got up and it was still freezing cold. I tried to turn on lights did not work on 1/2 of room that was not activated by walking into the room. Heat was not working, and TV did not work. Went down to the desk and a young was there telling me that behind were you hang clothing was a box, needed to open and flip #11, 6, and he forgot could be # 7 also. I asked were we could get some groceries was told if did not have car could not. Asked were we could get something to eat was told to walk needed walk up that hill behind the building for about 15 minutes and there is pizza place. Other than that nothing. Go to room and do as asked while flipping and nothing change decided to just flip all the fuses pause the main fuse. No surprise did not work. Went back down stairs. And office was locked and no one around!! We sleep with out getting food, only had bottle water with us. The hotel was NO WEAR near Nunberg. There was no bus service, street car service nor train service close by that we could use. We had to call taxi and that was almost 50.00 Euros to get one way to Nunberg. The next day we go to the front desk wear a very rude lady says did you put the card in the slot? I asked what slot what card are you talking about? She came up to the room and on the wall near the clothing wall unit was a thing you slid your room key in and the lights work. Still no TV and heat. We decided we are checking out.
