Located in Nosara, Hotel Boutique Lagarta Lodge is by the sea, within a 15-minute walk of Nosara Biological Reserve and Playa Pelada.
The property, which is in a natural preserve, needs better upkeep. The rooms are dated and our bathroom had lots of mold, which is totally unacceptable. With a stay at Living Hotel in Nosara, you'll be by the ocean, just a 4-minute walk from Frog Pad and 6 minutes by foot from Guiones Beach.
The pool was beautiful, and central to all the rooms. We loved hearing the monkeys, cicadas and birds all day and night. We really felt like we were in the jungle, yet also bear all the action. Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved our stay!
