A stay at Kharkiv Palace Hotel places you in the heart of Kharkiv, within a 10-minute walk of Freedom Square and The Derzhprom.
They are being bombed so don't know what its really like, but i oaid a lot to stay in a gotel where it was hard to get intk parking, find the person to check in and most of the facilities where closed. Should have been half the price i paid.
