Just had one night here due to a flight but it was really nice and they were so accommodating. Airport shuttle was super convenient even with our flight getting in kind of late at night. Restaurant in the hotel was really good too!

The hotel staff was super friendly and free shuttle service provided by hotel makes this an excellent choice. The staff was so helpful and arranged to take us to nearest gas station for accessing atm. Few addition like kettle, glasses,tea bags are a suggestion that hotel can consider to add to facilities. Overall experience was excellent

This needs a major over haul. The celing in our room was unacceptable. It was overall not clean. We checked in late so accept it was not overly friendly. Carpet etc needs changing and cleaning.

It would be extremely helpful if the Hotel.com website disclosed that this hotel would have a shuttle van waiting for the arrival of RyanAir passengers. We were unable to reach the hotel by phone and thus didn’t know where we had to wait and whether a shuttle would even come. It was a late evening flight. Here we were late at night not knowing what to do.

Close to the airport but in need of refurbishment

The hotel is very close to Frankfurt Hahn Airport, which is very convenient. However, the rooms are in need of refurbishment, and the carpets have stains. The photos on the website do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property.

I am so glad i stayed there. We had the Honeymoon suite. Extremely clean. The staf were so warm and accommodating, i really did not expect it as i had seen and heard horror stories about Frankfurt. My experience was the complete opposite. The use of the airport transfwr was fanastic back n forth to the airport even if we were just going their for ranom things or to get the coach into the city centre. I would highly recommend thia hotel and the food was great (from a black brit).

Easy to get to from the airport and parking available right in front of the hotel. Even though we arrived later than planned reception and the bar were still open and staff available to help

The staff and management is always helpful Had a problem with our itenarry and had to cut short our stay. Even though the booking was done via Expedia, they contacted the hotel and refund the remaining part of the stay.

Okay stay but with buts...

One night stay, booked comfort double room. On the pictures it was showing king bed and sofa. In my room there were only two twins beds put together. There was no tea/coffee maker, no fridge. You could hear everything happening around, there is no air conditioning, when window closed very stiff. It was awful to sleep with 2 children in the bed like that. But for the one night.. . Only good thing they have a transfer to the airport. I was offered breakfast for 13,50 eur per person but didn't take the offer so no idea about the food in this place. Room needs re decorecting as there were parts of wall ripped of the paint. Bathroom was clean. It would make a huge difference if they have a tea/coffee machine and air conditioning. Definitely not sound proof room.
