Had challenges getting checked in - there is no one at the hotel front desk, it’s completely virtual. Never received the e-mail to virtually check in, tried sending the messages thru the app but they never responded; it took getting Expedia involved to help. First code they provided worked for front door but not my room door. There was a party down the hall and no one there to tell to ask them to quiet down. Would not stay here again.
