Because there is no free parking, and it was BY THE HOUR, not by the day, we returned our rental car early. I asked the staff on how to use the public transportation. They tried really hard. But with limited English, and my very limited German, there were things left unsaid that should have been said. Such as the name of the station where we were located. We spent 11 euros each to go just one stop! When we came back to the hotel, there I saw a sign with more info regarding the train. WBU did the staff not show me this sign? Oh and they had no caffeinated coffee to give us in our room, tho they offered us to come downstairs for a free coffee

This is close to the airport - one stop on the S9. But we did not realise there are fewer trains and longer wait time than to Frankfurt which is 11 minutes away.

Previously stayed at the Hampton by Hilton next door and bed was too firm. Bad nights sleep. The Holiday Inn bed was much more comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. Staff very attentive. Really enjoyed the Club Sandwich at the restaurant

Great place to stay! Very police staff- could use a shuttle buss to airport for getting to the airport is a hassle despite you can see it- major hi-way to cross and there is no pedway??

The HVAC unit in my first and second rooms did not work at all. No fan circulating air and it was stiflingly and sticky in the room. And they offered a second room. I figured that would solve the issue, but it certainly didn’t. So they offered a fan instead. Why they couldn’t figure out how to turn on the air conditioner is beyond me. Even though it’s raining and muggy outside, it was still cooler so I had to open the window the entire night. Not a pleasant experience, and the people at the front desk were not very helpful with the situation.
