Nice hotel with a Michelin star restaurant. the food was great. the room was nice

Great location, friendly staff and very clean rooms! In addition, great food in both breakfast buffet and the restaurant!

This is the third time we have stayed here. Staff is always nice and helpful. The hotel is right across the street from the train station making connection easy. It is about a 15 minute beautiful - stopping for pictures- walk to the city center. The rooms are spotless. Unfortunately, their restaurant has closed and their bar is only open on weekends when their occupancy is high. But great value and convenience.

We stayed here in Dec during Christmas market. It is an older hotel, but it is expected given the location in a medieval town. It is central to almost everything. The famous Plolein corner is right outside the hotel. Breakfast is good. Internet connection is also good. The slight draw back is the 14 min walk back to the train station, which is slightly uphill.

Staff was amazing and accommodating even though it was the high season!
