The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Even before our stay began!

The lake view was the only nice thing. Room had nothin. A bed and small table with chair. No phone to contact office, no fan, no TV, no refrigerator, no internet / WiFi, no in-room bathroom, no sink, no mirror, a detached head board, two flat pillows looked already used.

It’s a nice place to stay without breaking the bank. Easy drive to Richmond, McHenry or even Crystal Lake. Parking was fine and the view was nice.

Good place if you just want a beachside lake house and have some drinks and party. It’s next to a boat bar, so it can be loud. The host customer service rep. Jessica was awful to speak with. She interrupted and she was rude. We had issues with the email so we couldnt check in really got away. We also had no hot water for the first 18 hours we were there. Jessica’s response to my no hot water was a bit snotty. “Literally, this has never happened before”! The house definitely hadn’t been used or cleaned since maybe the end of last vacation season/summer. There were cobwebs chairs weren’t clean, umbrellas weren’t up, cornhole activities weren’t placed. It was somewhere to sleep. That’s about it. It says it sleeps six but they only gave us three blankets. OK I think I’ve complained enough. I’m gonna end this.

We rented this home for our kids’ prom weekend, and it could not have been more perfect. The house had absolutely everything we needed for the kids to have an amazing and memorable time. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out, relax, and enjoy the weekend, and the property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described.The amenities were fantastic and kept everyone entertained all weekend long. The kids especially loved the kayaks, foosball table, pool table, and ping pong table. It truly felt like there was something for everyone.The owner was incredibly responsive, helpful, and wonderful to work with from start to finish. Any questions we had were answered right away, which made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the home and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable, and well-equipped place for a group getaway or special occasion.

Everything about the property was great. My only issue was not being able to sit on the deck and fish. The deck was not available.
