We had no hot water the whole time we were there. The breakfast buffet was inadequate & there was almost nothing there our 2nd day. The waffle maker was removed the 2nd day. We had a broken refrigerator & we had to find a YouTube video to show the guy how to fix it. It took over an hour. The good part is it’s extremely close to the convention center. Normally, this hotel would be well under $100/night but it was $200/night because of the event at the convention center that weekend.

For the price, it was fine-we are locals and we just needed a place closer to the wedding venue to change in and out of. There was no hot water but they gave us free points for a future trip. The internet & TV was slow and laggy. But the room was decent, the bed was clean and comfortable.

Not worth the price

For the price i expected more. The staff was amazing, but the pillows are so tiny they dont even lay across the bed. Blanket was so thin. Ac wouldnt keep cold. The shower hardly had hot water. Will not stay again. Again, staff was its only saving grace.

Great team/needs updating

Great team, rooms could use some updating and repair, but overall pretty comfortable. Housekeeping staff could use to be a little more vigilant about details, we asked for clean towels in the morning, and we didn't have any towels by the time we returned from our convention. Being right across the street from the convention center was a great location choice for us.

We always stay here when in Fort Worth. This time, it beds were very hard and air vents in room needed a good cleaning. Personnel is always so nice and helpful.

The lock never worked the whole time we were there. Each time we made it to the room, we had to go back down to the desk and get help getting into our room. Each time having to wait for someone to show up to hook a machine up to the door. After the Third time this got very old and frustrating dealing with just trying to access our hotel room.

The rooms are clean and check-in process was easy, however I am rating 4/5 stars because of overall quality of customer service. A keycard is required to check-in upon arrival, and we had to wait outside for about 10 minutes because there wasn’t anyone at the front desk to let us in. We arrived around 3pm, which is check in time. If you have a late flight, they are likely not able to hold your luggages for you after you check out.

Excellent Stay Right Across from the Fort Worth Convention Center! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel - perfect location, just steps from the convention center! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, especially Yash Patel at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make check-in smooth and ensure everything was perfect during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was surprisingly decent with a good variety. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone attending an event at the convention center! Will definitely stay again.
