When we arrived, the place was completely misrepresented saying that the studio had a kitchen area, which it did not have. (My daughter thinks the kitchen was added with AI). When I contacted the property management company twice, they indicated that they would look into it and get back to me which they never did. Never even an email or return call. When I tried to contact them through Expedia, I kept getting an error message. Expedia looked into it and was able to refund my money. The property also tried to get my credit card information outside of Expedia, which I did not give them because Expedia advised not to. They indicated they did not have access to that information. However they did charge me for the room so it really was a complete scam. We did end up having to stay somewhere much more expensive so hopefully the insurance will help re-coop some of that expense. Bottom line don’t go there! . Pictures look like it’s a cute updated property. It is not. All we had was a fridge in the closet, holding up the shelf (with a dirty spoon on top).
Rooms were very dirty and there were dirt in the bathrooms. The floor was damaged and not safe. The pictures on Expedia are not reflecting the reality. There is no management onsite. I have sent multiple massages via Expedia with no response. I have pictures of the room . Please contact me as I should be refunded for the miss information

The room was clean… the linens were fresh. It was basic, but reliabel
Room was great but trying to get a hold of ANYONE is impossible. It’s been over two weeks and I am still waiting on the 350.00 deposit back. I can’t get ahold of anyone still.
