Front desk was super friendly and allowed me to leave my bags with them before check in and offered to let me check in significantly earlier. Room was clean. I've stayed at higher end hotels in Florida and still had spiders in the bed. I didn't see a single bug here. Checking in and out was also super quick.

I would say room is okay it was recently renovated wasn't thrilled about the lack of proper patio doors that wouldn't even close because they're so old therefore noisier than it should have been from the parking lot and in the morning the office is locked even though there's people inside and you can't get to the breakfast starting at 7:00 am. Is way too late

Killed two giant cockroaches, had baby ants in my room that I sprayed myself. Found an empty Snapple bottle under the end of the bed. Doors slamming all day, there was one random person walking on the roof above my room at least once every day which was very weird, they started construction on the room next to me the day after I checked in. Area was sketchy, room was old and outdated, had a balcony but didn’t feel safe to be out there.
