I am always a 10 out 10 type of girl, NOT this hotel. The rooms had the most dirtiest coffee pot I have ever scene. The hotel room phone didnt work at all. Apparently, you can only have luke warm water at 9 am in the shower. To get help, you call on your cell phone or to even order food

clean room and pleasant staff. Had one dinner at 240 restaurant, which was very good. Had one breakfast at 240 which was a total disaster. I called early and asked if we could order from a menu (rather than buffet), and I was told that we could do so up until 10 am. We arrived well before 9 am and ordered....something finally arrived 30+ minutes later (rather than a slice of ham that was ordered, we received a little cup of chopped up ham). No apologies, no acknowledgement that anything was wrong. My husband paid the bill and left a tip. Be assured, if the bill was in my hands, no one would have seen a penny. I expect a restaurant that says they will serve items from the menu simultaneously with buffet service should be able to do so (many do). If you can't, don't (which, of course, you didn't).

The room was clean, we had an early check in, for an additional $25. We had arrived early to go to the Spa. Was at capacity by noon. Was told we had a good chance at 2:00, no luck. Tried again at 3:00, still no luck. The purpose of picking the Abbey for my 50th birthday was for the Spa experience. Disappointing.
