Book Flores Island hotels

We stayed three nights at Aldeia de Cuada in mid-October. The atmosphere and vibe of this restored old village is calm and exactly what we wanted. The valley surrounding the village is full of lush vegetation and waterfalls and was a great home base to visit Flores. For $10 Euros/morning you can start the day off with the best breakfast and go exploring. Their pool is heated, you can take old trails to surrounding villages and the must see Poço da Ribeira do Ferreiro is right around the corner. We booked our time on Flores based on their available dates and are so glad we did.

Casa Vicente exceeded our expectations! The house was clean, and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Susana the host was very sweet and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. She provided a lot of information about Flores Island, such as restaurants and tour suggestions. Loved the big bathroom, the shower was great. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. There is a private patio area that was nice to relax and take in the view. Appreciated having the dedicated driveway to park on, and very convenient to have the washing machine right in the kitchen area, with a line outside to dry the clothes. Thank You Susana! We highly recommend to stay here, and enjoyed our time spent on Flores Island.

Checked in easily after the host shared instructions. Did not met the owner, but everything went fine and easy. Nice terrace by the house. Loved ancient renovated small house. Ideal place for two.

The island is lovely with lovely staff however the accomodation is in serious need of upgrade all rooms shown to us were damp mouldy with sparse furniture also containing mould
