Beautiful location. Booked well in advance from abroad. The hotel was overbooked for the long weekend we were there. They sourced us alternative accommodation in a farm close by but it was less than ideal when traveling all day with children. We had breakfast at the hotel and compensated us with a free dinner on the last day. When we did get access to the hotel on the last day of our stay, they never provided towels despite us asking for them. It’s a beautiful location and Norcasia has a lot to offer but they need to learn how to run a hotel!
