Disappointed

Communication was great prior to our meet-up for check-in, but after that they ghosted us. Washing machine was broken and absolutely zero response to our messages over the course of full 4 days; huge letdown as it was a primary criteria for our booking choice. Kitchen had a pitiful assortment of dishes/utensils/cookware and no staples (eg. olive oil, pepper grinder etc). Some sugar, that’s it. We stayed at four VRBO’s on this Europe trip and this was easily the worst; and the only “corporate” one of the bunch. Communication with all other individual owners was excellent. I will never again book anything managed by “CleanBnB”.
