There were no signs at the entrance / front door indicating the hotel name or any reference that the building you are standing in front of was a hotel. We were fortunate to know we were at the right location when a nice guest who was on her way out told us we were at the right location. Elevator is very narrow but common in Europe. Reception area was not inviting and didn't look like a reception area, staff did not greet you or acknowledge you standing there (when we arrived it was a young man and lady that was on duty). The older woman who was on duty when we checked out was much nicer. There is no laundry facility on site as indicated. The shower in our room was very very narrow (I'm 5'3 / 120lbs). Water would go very hot or very cold all of a sudden. Bed was not very comfortable (the middle of the matress dipped), pillow was quite hard. Room is very spacious. There are lots of hotels in the same area, I think for the price paid we could've done much better than what we got.

The location was amazing! 1 minute from the Duomo and 10 minutes from the train station. The room itself was good and had what we needed for our stay. The noise on the street was really bad and affected our sleep every night, which isn’t something the B&B can control, although they did provide ear plugs. People on the street would stop around midnight but then garbage would start around 12:30pm, and construction started between 2:30am - 5:30am and didn’t stop until 7am. We got bitten a lot by mosquitos during our stay there. Overall, thankful to have stayed at the B&B because of the location but wouldn’t stay again.

I personally have no complaints, my room faced the street and it could be noisy which did not bother me but if you are sensitive to that you might want a room that does not face the street. The hotel offered ear plugs. You will need to pay the city tax in cash which I was not aware of beforehand. There is an ATM steps away so it was easy to manage. Staff was great and everything was immaculate. I would stay there again.
