The location was excellent , the room was spacious and very clean , bed was comfy and big , Our room was dingy and rather sparse so there was nowhere to put anything but the staff are lovely we had 2 issues which were immediately resolved , The pictures in the advert do not resemble the property itself which was old and the foyer was dirty and unwelcoming which could easily be improved ,

Loved this hotel, it was an amazing super convenient location. Check in was great they were so nice and helpful to give recommendations. It does get noisy at night but nothing to their control but other than that 10/10 for location. Would recommend this!

The location of the property is absolutely fantastic. The room is comfortable and clean. The receptionist Lauda is friendly and very helpful with recommendations of many amazing cafes, restaurants, shopping and sightseeing places.

Short Family stay

Didn’t spend much time in room, however it was spacious and clean. Beds were comfy. Could do with more storage/table space. Really appreciated the breakfast boxes as we were out touring and couldn’t do breakfasts in time for two of our mornings. Laura was particularly helpful, checking us in, giving us the local information and helping us to book train tickets. Thanks Laura.

Interesting hotel set in an old building but rooms very modern. Rooms clean. Staff friendly and helpful. My main concern was that Internet was not working on our side of the 2nd floor.

The location of this property is simply amazing with the Duomo being just around the corner and since is located on the city center every other remarkable activity or place to visit is in walkable distance. The lady at the reception was really helpful and even offered to give us a map of the city with various locations , restaurants, and things to do around the city.

Nice location near the duomo, shopping, and museums. Train station is a 10 minute walk. Wifi was absolutely horrible...wouldnt stay connected for longer than 5 mins. The room we had was clean and spacious. It was a little difficult to find our room but i felt safe as there 4 different doors you had to get through. The TV had only 1 station to watch.
