We loved everything about our room. Very spacious and super tidy. Very comfortable beds and high quality bed linen and towels. The shower was incredible! The area is well connected and walking distance from the main attractions. Elisa was always available when we needed her. We highly recommend la Residencia Dell'Oraffo.

Location was awesome 5 minute walk from the train station. Dinning options were fantastic and easy walking to all attractions Staff were very friendly and most helpful. Would definitely recommend for a few days in Florence.

The receptionist stated an hour longer to meet us and explained the access keys etc. Chiara was very personable and caring and made our stay enjoyable. Any problems encountered were addressed promptly. Help was extended with taxi bookings or bus route guidance. We didn’t pay for breakfast as plenty of cafes, including McDonald, Burger King. A supermarket next door was convenient for buying water, snacks etc. The only negative was a lack of cupboards, drawers for storing clothes. The B&B location was perfect for short walk to main train station and all the popular sites, restaurants etc. We loved eating at a popular place requiring reservation- ZA-ZA. Tour meeting points also close by.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Easy check in. The area isn’t the best, considering it’s right next to the train station, but convenient for travel. The room was much smaller in person, and our bed was 2 twins pushed together. Comforter was black so it just always looked dirty. The shower/bathroom was a lot smaller in person and uncomfortable to bathe in. Towels had stains which wasn’t pleasant. Don’t bother with the free breakfast either across the street.

The location is very convenient. However, there’s no place to put shampoo in the shower room, so I had to leave it on the floor, which was inconvenient. The smallest room is a bit too small, so I’d recommend getting a slightly larger one instead.

This is a perfect property for a staybin florance. Private entrance with secure locking, can come and go as you please. The room was beautiful and newly renovated. Bed was very comfortable and more bedding options available which was great for the chsnging weather. We had a little balcony in our room which overlooked the Balisca close to the train station which eas wonderful. We sat with a bottle of wine and soaked in the lovely scenery. The amenties in the room were great. Good size fridge for drinks to be stored and refilled coffe and tea each day with a good size kettle. Tv was brilliant as it was smart so we could stream from it. The check in was easy, the room was very clean and the noise was minimal considering there are lots of people in the building. Outside there are local supermarkets, shops and cafes and the walk to the cathedral in Florence was 10 minutes! The train station was barely a 2 minute walk which is even better! Highly recommend this hotel!
