I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. You should book here to stay in Florence, and book here now before it fills up. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is very central- 5 min walk one direction to the Santa Maria Novella train station, 5 minutes in another direction to the Duomo. Within walking distance to multiple museums and the Ponte Vecchio. Many, many restaurants within walking distance. There is also a pharmacy, convenience/grocery store and a self service laundromat all within <5 min walk (all very helpful for international travelers!). The hotel also is on a beautiful Piazza you can walk around. The breakfast is incredible- freshly made to order coffee, hot foods, cold cuts, breads, yogurts, something for everyone. The rooms are spacious and room service is INCREDIBLE- they will come around multiple times a day and even lay out slippers and put a bedtime chocolate on your pillow for you before bedtime! I would absolutely stay here again and hope I get to do so again- incredible experience!

Such a wonderful hotel, terrific breakfast, very pleasant and helpful staff, and the hotel is located is in a great area of the city. Easy access to loads of restaurants, the train station, the central market, and loads of museums/churches
