The hotel is located near the train station(S.M.N) and around 30mins walk away from major places of interest such as the Uffizi. Staff members were super nice as well! For me personally, the only downside was the internet being a bit slow, but it's not really a big deal.

We had a nice stay at this property. Breakfast was excellent, and our room was spacious for two adults and two grown kids. While the room was clean and tidy, it was a bit dated and required some renovation. The location was two tram stops from the SMN train station (about 1.70 Euro/ticket). There were a few restaurants and a laundry place within walking distance. The property has parking on site (20 Euro/night), yet there is also a free overnight public parking lot outside of the property (free 8pm-8am, 2 Euro/hr thereafter).

The staff here are incredibly friendly and the location is not too far from the main part of the city. The mattress was really soft which left me in a bit of pain but my back can be picky.

Nice clean place. Quiet, a bit off the way but in 10 mn walk you start to see all the attractions. The staffs are very nice and always smiling. Good breakfast. I like it so much that I booked it again when we return to Florence in 2 weeks

Good Value

Hotel is a bit off the heart of Florence but still easy walking distortion close to tram for luggage transfer to and from train station. The rooms were modern and comfortable but the shower is small and the AC did not work well.

The location is clean and quiet. It is convenient to transportation. Staff was extraordinarily helpful. Elizabeth was very welcoming and Katarina made the breakfast extra special. The stay was great!!!

The new rooms are fantastic! And the breakfast was delicious and only 10 euros. The showers are the over head rain kind and are very nice. Will stay again in future!
